Hope you will join me at the Fig Tree for original, jazz and vintage pop tunes from 6:30 to 8pm Thursday April 27.
I have been busy composing new music and refining my originals from the past few years, as well as adding more jazz tunes, including When Sunny Gets Blue, Feeling Good, and Love for Sale, to name a few….
I will be at the Fig Tree again and will post those dates once confirmed.
The Fig Tree is a coffee lounge with lots of art, books to read, a children’s play area, comfy seating, and wifi. They are known for their great coffee drinks and pastry and snacks and especially for the wonderful relaxed vibe – reminds me of the “beatnik” era!
They are at 222 Vernon St- with plenty of free parking close by.

The SWIK with Richard March was great fun, with about 60 people of all ages dancing and singing along. Richard put on a great concert and gave Merle a run for his money. In addition, I played some original and jazz tunes with drummer Charlie Serrano. The Hilltop Celts sounded glorious with Kathy Barger on harp, Trish Ballentine on Dulcimer and Tom Barger and Rick Ballentine on Guitar. Also enjoyed the Rooks Sisters Irish Dancing.
In August there will again be great variety in the first half of the program. Then Doug Cash will be the featured artist – a versatile soulful singer and guitarist who has a style that is part James Taylor, part Marvin Gaye and part Led Zeppelin. All his own!
Hope you will join us! Please see poster for details or call me at 530-210-8348
Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

It goes to show age has nothing to do with it. Talent does not fade with age it only gets better.
A track to give you an idea how Nancy Blue sounds with a jazz quintet. Please contact us if you have an event or venue seeking quality jazz/pop music.
